Our Client is looking for a Part Time (25 hours a week) Office Administrator, on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. Based in their modern offices near Farnham Town Centre.

As the Part Time Office Administrator you will:

  • Conduct employee screening and supply new starters with forms/info packs
  • Coordinate general office maintenance
  • Provide administrative support to the teams across the business
  • Assist in planning and arranging internal/external events, including organising catering where necessary
  • Arrange meetings by scheduling, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
  • Produce travel itineraries for external meetings and employee events
  • Draft, format, and print relevant documents, Scan/photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
  • Provide ad hoc project support to management team
  • Draft internal communications and take minutes
  • Maintain office equipment, stock lists and orders office supplies
  • Prepare and submit expenses to finance

 

The ideal Part Time Office Administrator will:

  • Have experience providing office support or supporting a team
  • Experience working in the financial sector would be advantageous but not essential
  • Be confident in their ability to develop and maintain relationships across the business
  • Be a team player, delivery focused and pro-active
  • Have excellent attention to detail, process driven and motivated
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft packages including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational and co-ordination skills
