Our client is a professional services looking for a Senior Business Support Administrator.
This is a busy and varied administration role in an expanding professional services business with circa 100 employees based in the office.
This is an office based role.

Senior Business Support Administrator Responsibilities:
- Working in a team to provide a broad range of administration support activities to the wider team.
- Maintaining and updating information on the CRM ensuring processes and procedures and tasks meet compliance standards.
- Overseeing facilities management for the building including liaising with 3rd party suppliers.
- Ensure the offices are maintained in good order and act as local health and safety officer including conducting regular health & safety checks for the main office areas.
- Preparation of standard documentation using templates.
Essential Personal Attributes for the Senior Business Support Administrator:
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience including preparation of documentation and updating records on CRM/databases.
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above or equivalent
- Good MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience
- Secretarial/administration skills essential
- Facilities experience advantageous but not essential
