Part-Time Receptionist (PM)

£13.00 per hour

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy office in a job share position, working Monday to Friday – 12.30 – 5.30pm. This is the perfect role for a well-presented individual that is looking to thrive in a modern environment whilst showcasing their excellent communication skills. This is a central Farnham position, only a 5-minute walk from Farnham train station.

Main Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming calls and fielding them to the team
  • Meeting and greeting all clients or visitors into the office
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
  • Managing meeting rooms (ensuring they are clean and prepared for each meeting, providing refreshments)
  • Assisting in administration tasks (archiving documents, opening/closing files, collecting docs, post etc)

The Ideal Receptionist:

  • Previous reception, admin or secretarial experience
  • MS Word & Outlook experience
  • Well presented with a good telephone manner
  • Enthusiasm to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Happy to do trips to the post-office and into Farnham town
  • Flexibility to work full-time to cover holidays/absences when required
