Rebekah Handford

Managing Director
Rebekah established Highpoint in 2002 and has career in talent attraction spanning over 20 years. She holds a Level CIPD qualification and is able to provide HR Consultancy. Her passion is for people and identifying the right talent for organisations and is expert in delivering integrated solutions to SME and Blue Chip clients throughout Surrey and Hampshire. She is a Fellow of the Rec Professionals and champions standards in recruitment.
Katherine Wills MAAT
Finance Manager
Katherine joined Highpoint in 2006 and is an invaluable member of the team. Katherine trained in practice and has 19 years accounts and payroll experience. Outside of work she enjoys an active lifestyle including cycling, swimming and walking.
Christine Lewis
Office Coordinator
Chrissie has a background in recruitment, business development and administration. She originally joined the Highpoint team in 2017, and is now the recruitment co-ordinator supporting the Director and the recruitment team.
