The Warehouse Assistant is required for 10 – 14 days but this may be extended. Start date between the 10th and 13th November 2020.
The Warehouse Assistant duties will include:
The position requires an individual with their own transport who is looking for a busy active role which will involve unloading containers of recently deliver stock. This will involve loading pallets by hand in preparation for the Warehouse Manager to move into the warehouse and then unloading by hand and storing the stock in allocated rack spaces.
Hours: 8:00am – 4.30pm with 30 minute lunch.
Warehouse Assistant – Experience and Attributes
- Must have own transport as the warehouse is in a rural location.
- Must have a proactive approach and be happy working in a two person team.
- Previous warehouse experience advantageous but not essential.
- Capacity to lift and move boxed and bagged goods in accordance with manual handling practices.
