Our client are an industry leader looking for a Part Time Receptionist to become part of their growing global team. This is a 3 month FTC that will turn into a permanent role, working Thursdays and Fridays 08:30 to 17:00.

As the Part Time Receptionist you will:

  • Take responsibility for the reception area, maintaining a professional and pleasant environment for visitors, clients and employees
  • Receive and welcome guests and advise internal stakeholders of the their arrival
  • Answer, transfers and directs incoming calls, provide information manage queries and take messages
  • Perform administrative duties such as typing, updating the database and sorting of mail
  • Manage meeting rooms

The ideal Part Time receptionist candidate will:

  • Be well-presented and professional in their approach
  • Reception, Customer Service or Administration experience required
  • Have good verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Be pro-active and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Be able to managing assigned job processes effectively and efficiently
  • Be able to deal with conflict effectively
