Our Client is a looking for a Part- time (20 hours a week 5 days a week) Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

 

As the Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk you will:

  • Process all Staff Expenses
  • Process all orders in accordance with the finance manual
  • Process all Invoices
  • Process Credit card transactions
  • Process PayPal transactions
  • Process credit notes
  • Support the Management Accountant
  • Adhoc duties

 

The ideal Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk will have:         

  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Good attention to detail
