National Media Sales Executive

£30,000pa - £50,000pa OTE £5kpa - £10kpa

Our client is looking for an experience National Media/ Advertising Sales Executive with experience dealing with national brands and advertising agencies, to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be tasked with generating revenue from some of the largest media buying agencies in the UK as well as developing direct relationships with the marketing departments of some of the nation’s most famous advertisers.

As the Nation Media Sales Executive you will:
  • Reach and exceed individual sales targets

  • Win new business from your agencies and clients

  • Maintain and develop existing business, demonstrate ‘added value’ to the business from representing your agency and sector patch

  • Contribute to company goals, promoting all products & cross-selling environments

  • Hit daily KPI’s and Targets

  • Generate face-to-face meetings

  • Actively participate in sales meetings & subsequent team activities

  • Be responsible for marketing to your agencies along side the marketing team

  • Ensure all administration is in line with company policy & procedure

  • Professionally represent the company at all times, some flexibility in hours may be required (i.e. for entertaining) due to the nature of this role

The ideal Nation Media Sales candidate will have:
  • Proven and successful National Media/ advertising sales experience

  • High energy levels – ‘sales hungry’ – with an upbeat & positive outlook

  • Confident selling on the telephone and face-to-face

  • A self-starter, highly motivated with creative flair with an engaging, yet professional manner

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Be pro-active and driven to win new business and develop accounts.

  • This is an Aldershot based role, with travel to London for appointments
