Great opportunity to join a growing financial services business with offices in central Farnham. Ideally our client is seeing an individual with experience working in financial services/wealth management administration who enjoys supporting financial advisors and building relationships with clients and providing an excellent customer experience.
Financial Services Administrator Benefits and Package:
- 09:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
- Free On Site Parking
- 20 Days Annual Leave
- 5 days a week in the office
- Up to 5% annual bonus paid in December

Financial Services Administrator Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Submit all new business applications to providers and monitor progress within pre-set timescales.
- Audit documents received from your allocated adviser to ensure they meet our compliance requirements.
- Liaise with your allocated advisers to ensure the efficient processing of applications and outstanding requirements.
- Communicate with clients to provide a first-class client journey.
- Submit Dealing Instructions to providers to facilitate new investments and withdrawals.
- Build relationships with allocated advisers.
- Liaise with providers and trustees to ensure the smooth administration of applications and client instructions.
- Adhere to administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Update and manage data within our CRM
- Actively learn and complete training to satisfy compliance requirements and improve personal knowledge
- Adopt the company team culture and spirit with supporting the administration team ethos.
Financial Services Administrator Qualities:
- Experience working in the financial services sector or a relevant qualification and genuine interest in developing a career in financial services/wealth management
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems).
- Methodical and thorough approach to work, being able to work to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to follow process and procedures in a regulated and compliant environment.
