We are looking for a motivated team player to join a vibrant company at their offices based in Alton as a Finance Administrator. This is a great opportunity that provides training and variety, for someone looking to get into administration or a role within the finance industry.
As the Finance Administrator you will:
- Assess credit files and applications
- Support the sales team with administration tasks
- Process orders and taking payments
- Produce and despatch documentation
- Deal with customer enquiries (email and telephone)
- Database management / customer file handling
- Liaise with external companies
- Ad hoc duties as required
The ideal Finance Administrator will:
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Be IT literate with strong attention to detail
- Have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English
- Administration experience within the finance sector would be beneficial but not essential.
