Finance Administrator

We are looking for a motivated team player to join a vibrant company at their offices based in Alton as a Finance Administrator. This is a great opportunity that provides training and variety, for someone looking to get into administration or a role within the finance industry.

As the Finance Administrator you will:

  • Assess credit files and applications
  • Support the sales team with administration tasks
  • Process orders and taking payments
  • Produce and despatch documentation
  • Deal with customer enquiries (email and telephone)
  • Database management / customer file handling
  • Liaise with external companies
  • Ad hoc duties as required

The ideal Finance Administrator will:

  • Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Have a professional telephone manner
  • Be IT literate with strong attention to detail
  • Have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English
  • Administration experience within the finance sector would be beneficial but not essential.
