Rebekah Handford began her career in recruitment in 1996 when she started working as a temporaries consultant. Her career developed and as an Area Manager she became responsible for several branches. She was actively involved in training, sales and operational management. Wanting to get back to cutting edge recruitment, Rebekah opened Highpoint in 2002 with the aim of offering a broad based integrated solution to suit the needs of both blue chip and SME clients. Rebekah remains active within the recruitment team. Additionally, Rebekah has recently been elected as a Corporate Director of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and has been sitting on the Professional Standard Committee for the last 3 years.
